ANGERS - FRANCE
FEBRUARY 4, 5 & 6, 2008

From the discovery of an appellation to enchanting food/wine pairings

These Tasting Workshops, from their key placement at the centre of the Trade Fair, are organised by the three Loire Valley Joint-Trade Organisations : BIVC (Interprofessional Office of Wines in Central France), CIVN (Interprofessional Board of Nantes Wines) and INTERLOIRE (Joint-Trade Organisation of Loire Valley Wines) so that you can discover the extent of the Loire Valley Vineyard.

The Workshops, 45min. each, are led each day by the Loire Valley UDSF (a French association of sommeliers). They will introduce you to the subtleties and diversity of the region's production.

Through these Workshops, you will discover little-known facets of the Loire Valley Vineyard, the 3rd largest in France, and how to pair the wines with gastronomic products from the Loire Valley region.

Each day, a worshop will be presentated in english

PARTICIPATION IS FREE
Sign up as soon as you arrive at the Tasting Workshops welcome centre – Amphithéa!
