An exploration of cider production in the Pays de la Loire, its unique characteristics, its diversity, its range and its appellations. The presentation will be illustrated by tasting several different ciders, as well as Pommeau du Maine (AOC) and Fine du Maine (AOC) ... and even an Iced Cider.
