Wine marketing: has Chenin's time come?

Chenin - the grape variety planted all over the world, found in different variations on the market, prized by wine lovers and sommeliers alike - seems to have what it takes to become a global standard within the family of great white wines from Riesling, Sauvignon and Chardonnay.

But, as well as reading this "trend", how can Chenin make a lasting name for itself in the wine world? Overview of an exploratory survey conducted in the spring of 2017 by the students on the DA METVIN course (WINE Markets, Businesses, Territories) at ESA Angers Loire.
