In 2019, the Producers of Saumur-Champigny launched a study aimed at understanding the influence of regional factors on the typicality of the AOC. This conference presents the methodology used and the first results of a study carried out in partnership with ESA - Angers. A sensory tasting of 10 wines from the Saumur-Champigny appellation is available in the LAYON room.
