BOURGUEIL and MONTLOUIS-SUR-LOIRE
A winning association for three years at the Salon des Vins de Loire through the restaurant Bourgueil – Montlouis:
The two Loire Valley Appellations Montlouis-sur-Loire and Bourgueil, team up at the coming Loire Valley Wine Trade Fair in Angers: the 31st January and the 1st February 2022.
This will be the third time that Montlouis-sur Loire and Bourgueil offer a common restaurant.
The restaurant will open at lunchtime during the two days of exhibition.
The two Appellations will propose to the participants to taste wine and food pairings based on a daily cuisine prepared by local Chefs : the caterer Fredeville - in Montlouis-sur-Loire, and Vincent Simon - in Bourgueil.
The exhibitors of the two Appellations will offer a wine that will compose the restaurant's wine list.
This is a unique opportunity to extend the wine tasting experience of Montlouis-sur-Loire and Bourgueil appellations!

INDEPENDENT WINE GROWERS OF THE LOIRE VALLEY
In 2018, for the very 1st time, the Pays de la Loire Independent Winegrowers' Federation came up with the new and exciting idea of adding a collective stand to the Salon des Vins de Loire, bringing together some fifteen independent wine-growers from the Pays de la Loire, with a focus on the Federation itself.
In 2019, not only was it back once again but it had been extended to include other regions for a representation of the entire Loire Valley!
This means, this year again, that 30 independent wine growers from the Loire Valley will be coming together on a collective stand (Grand Palais – F G)
For an ever more comprehensive offer, the Salon des Vins de Loire is presenting the Winegrowers' Route Independents from the Loire Valley. This route gives you the chance to meet the independent winemakers in attendance on the collective stand, but also those who are present at the trade show on their own stand. You can find them thanks to the logo affixed on the map of the Trade Show, as well as on the signs of the relevant winegrowers.
